Support
Support includes business analysis and installation of your business software. Ongoing support is either onsite, by phone or via remote access. Remote support can be provided using a terminal server or a remote desktop. This option can often be very cost effective as it removes the cost of travel time and allows the consultant to provide support from anywhere.
Helpdesk
Request for support from the Helpdesk can be made via phone, email or online via our eService system. We encourage all our clients to join Helpdesk, as it takes away the costs involved with getting support for even the smallest questions. It also helps your staff constantly improve their productivity by improving their knowledge of your system.
To be readily available to our customers we have a dedicated consultant who operates the Helpdesk which is available from 8:30 – 5pm (work hours) via either phone or email. A service level agreement can also be offered.
