SITE MANAGEMENT CONSOLE
Site Management Console is a simple way to see technical information about a clients Greentree installation and environment. We developed the Console (a dynamic application) to interrogate your system to provide a wide range of information ranging from server and disk performance metrics, backup status and history, INI file settings, as well as Greentree license and configuration details plus more.
MOBILE ENHANCEMENTS - WAREHOUSE & SERVICE
The use of integrated mobile solutions eradicates the errors that paper-based systems can introduce. As a result, this achieves absolute accuracy when picking inventory to satisfy customer orders, issuing parts, or recording time on a job.
We have focused heavily on meeting these mobile supply chain requirements, and have worked closely with customers to continue to add new capabilities designed to make our mobile solutions totally seamless with Greentree, and really simple to use for warehouse and field staff.

SPELL CHECKING IN GREENTREE
This is a universal tool, released late last year to assist with the accuracy and professionalism of customer facing documentation generated from Greentree, e.g. to ensure no spelling mistakes appear in Quotes or Invoices.
A function key (defaulting as F12) can be defined in User Preferences to initiate the spell check of a text field. On pressing F12, any spelling mistakes found are highlighted with various options. For example, whether to ignore uppercase words, are set in System Preferences and specialised dictionaries, e.g. for the medical profession, are available.

CASH MANAGEMENT ENHANCEMENT
Good improvements to the Cash Management module. The Bank Account Maintenance form now has new filtering functionality added to make it quicker and easier to locate information. The layout has been rearranged and the form size increased to accommodate this.
PRINT & TASK QUEUE ROBUSTNESS ENHANCMENTS
This will ensure that when problems in the processing of jobs on the queue occur, instead of the whole queue locking up, the job is abandoned but the queue kept running, picking up the next job.
