Cancellations, Transfers, Refunds And Flights
Cancellations at late notice may mean we are unable to run a course or may preclude others from attending a previously full course. Cancellations received more than 10 working days before a scheduled course will not incur any charges. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers. Course fees will be refunded in full in this instance. Please contact us before booking non-refundable flights or accommodation as we will not reimburse these costs in the event of a cancelled course.
If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, another person may attend in their place. Please advise us of this.
The Following Cancellation Charges Will Apply:
- Cancellation between 5 and 10 working days prior to course date:
50% refund. - Less than 5 working days prior to, or on the first day of the course:
No refund.
